an Australian Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 13 years of experience and a deep personal passion for helping couples conceive naturally.
This program was born from my own postpartum health journey. I discovered that even though I was “healthy,” there were gaps I didn’t know existed and that affected my mood, my recovery and overall health postpartum.
I did a deep dive into the research and that’s when I realised: preconception health affects everything. A couple’s preconception health profoundly impacts both mum’s and baby’s long-term health.
I now help couples optimise their health before pregnancy, so they can increase their chances of conceiving, support their baby’s development, achieve a healthier pregnancy and even improve postpartum outcomes — all through achievable, science-backed nutrition strategies that work.
My greatest joy is helping couples realise that there is something they can do. Because food is powerful and so is the right guidance.
A: This program is designed for couples, but if your partner isn’t able to be involved in every session or at all for whatever reason, that’s okay. A: Any remaining 1:1 sessions will be tailored to support your nutrition during early pregnancy- a critical window for both your health and your baby’s development, and I’ll be right there to guide you through it.

A: I'm based in South Australia (ACST) and currently offer 1:1 sessions on Wednesdays, Wednesday evenings, Thursdays, Thursday evenings and Fridays ACST time — subject to change.
If you’re in Australia, the 1:1 sessions with an Accredited Practising Dietitian can be partially claimable under your extras cover. The rebate amount will vary depending on your insurance policy. The initial Telehealth code is 301 and review Telehealth code is 302. The full program fee is not claimable under private health insurance. We’ll provide itemised invoices for rebates if eligible. A: No, this program is not covered by Medicare. However, if you have a chronic disease like PCOS, endometriosis or coeliac disease you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) from your GP. Please discuss this plan with your doctor and provide my details as I’ll also need to look over the plan. Medicare provides a rebate of about $60 (subject to change) per 1:1 dietitian session. The full program fee is not claimable under Medicare.
